GroundCtrl Sport
Critical operational infrastructure for the connected sporting organisation
GroundCtrl Sport connects the people, operations and health systems around a sporting organisation in real time. It connects athletes and staff with the club, fans with their club, fans with sponsors and partners, and, where appropriate, fans with each other. One secure infrastructure supports the relationships, engagement and information the sporting organisation depends on.

The challenge
A professional sporting organisation manages far more than a squad. It must coordinate athlete health and availability, staff and provider access, operational workflows, compliance, engagement and the wider relationships around the club. These functions are often spread across disconnected systems, leaving the organisation without one trusted real time view or source of truth.
Meanwhile the club doctor has a professional obligation of confidentiality to the athlete as a patient, and the football or performance department has a legitimate need to know availability. Those two needs are usually reconciled by informal convention. That is not a control.

Fan, sponsor and community connection
GroundCtrl Sport extends beyond internal club operations. Digital Passports create verified, real time relationships between the club and its fans, between sponsors and the audiences they support, and between fans themselves. This gives clubs the infrastructure to build engagement, recognition, access, benefits and new digital experiences around a trusted identity rather than disconnected databases.
AI assisted operations
GroundCtrl can use AI to oversee compliance, identify tasks and exceptions, create and streamline workflows, support operational coordination and surface potential security, privacy or compliance threats. AI supports the people responsible for the club; it does not replace clinical, professional or executive accountability.
Clinical separation
GroundCtrl Sport separates clinical information from operational information while keeping the organisation connected. Treating practitioners see the clinical detail. Coaching and performance staff see the availability outcome and review date. Every view is role based, every access is logged, and the athlete remains connected to their own record through their Digital Passport.
Young athletes
Academy, pathway and junior squads include participants under eighteen. GroundCtrl Sport supports parent or guardian authorisation, restricted access profiles for minors, and separate consent capture for each program a young athlete takes part in.
A note on anti doping. Anti doping testing of athletes in Australia is conducted by Sport Integrity Australia and by the relevant international federations under their own rules and their own systems. GroundCtrl Sport is not an anti doping platform and does not replace those obligations. It manages the health, medical clearance and testing programs a sporting organisation runs itself.
